Danny “Danny Joe” LaBrecque (pronounced la-breck) speaks through the passive screen in the tradition of his kid’s TV show predecessors to connect with the viewing child, but he also takes full advantage of the present-day interactive screen to build real relationships with the families he serves. Each episode of Tree House has a corresponding pre-show parent-teacher conference in which families discuss the featured topic in real-time during a live broadcast. Those conversations influence the content of the program, and in the process, creates a supportive community.
